What does a typical rendering process look like?

Beginning of work: a quote is agreed and the Client will send its signed copy, together with the information previously specified to begin with the project production.

Production will include the following resources:

  • References

  • 3D modeling

  • Lighting

  • Materials

  • 3D cameras

  • Post-production

Kick-off: Upon receiving a list of questions and necessary assets, our expert CGI team initiates the project. Our project manager reviews your documentation for clarity, and our production team commences production.

Camera Proposal: Grayscale clay images with proposed camera angles are delivered for your approval. Select preferred views and provide any relevant markups. Following your feedback, our project manager will inform you about the timeline for the first draft.

First Draft: Initial images are delivered in 2000k. Up to 30% of the image can be modified based on your feedback. Our project manager will notify you about the schedule for the second draft upon receiving your input.

Second Draft: Images are delivered in 2000k, typically representing the final iteration with all applied requirements. This stage allows a thorough review of final details. Following your feedback, our project manager will communicate the timeline for the second final images.

Final Images: The polished, high-resolution images are delivered in 4000k, marking the successful completion of your CGI project.

NOTE: Mark-Ups and changes

The architecture of the project can’t be changed after the cameras' approval.

Mark-ups and revisions can be made after the first and second draft. However, they should not exceed 30% of the previous work done.

In the case the Client needes additional deliveries other than the proposed and/or carry out modifications to the project that mean redoing of the work and/or changes after the final delivery, those may lead to alterations of this budget.
